Qatar Police opens the way for employment. Qatar Police Job Vacancy Recruitment will be open for Nepalese young. The Government of Nepal has started the process of recruiting Nepalis for the Qatar Police. As per the rules, the process of recruiting Nepalis in the Qatar Police is gaining momentum. The Ministry has given permission to the Qatar Police to verify the demand letter within the framework of the 2005 labor agreement between Nepal and Qatar.
Qatar Police- Nepalese Work and responsibilities – who can be recruited in Qatar Police
It has been said that Nepalis will work in the auxiliary force instead of working under the responsibility of Qatar’s core police force. They do not have to carry weapons. Nepali men in the age group of 18 to 35 years of 5 feet 7 inches height people can be recruited in the Qatar Police.
A year ago, Qatar wanted to recruit about 10,000 Nepalis into the Qatari police. But due to the lack of clear instructions from Nepal, the issue was not only confused but also the attractive opportunity of foreign employment that Nepal was about to get.
It is not uncommon for the Qatari police to be sent from the government level, as in Korea and Israel. However, the bilateral labor agreement between Nepal and Qatar in 2005 states that Nepali citizens will be sent from Nepal’s private sector. It appears that private sector manpower companies will be responsible for sending the Qatari police. A ministry source told noon that it was not clear which manpower companies would be involved in the process.
After the Ministerial decision of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security gave permission to verify the demand letter within the criteria of the Nepal-Qatar Labor Agreement of 2005, the issue of sending Nepalis to the Qatar Police has now taken a decisive turn.
